Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel before May 1, 2024, you will be issued a refund of the amount you have paid minus an approximate 4.5% processing fee (approx. $38 private room).
After May 1st, the registration fee is non-refundable due to facility rentals, contracted expenses to St. Francis Springs, and workshop materials.
A minimum of 10 participants is needed to put on this retreat. If we have less than 10, we will consider if we can host it this year or consider modifying the retreat schedule.
If the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund, including your processing fee.
Sharing a Room
All lodging accommodations must be finalized by May 15th or upon retreat capacity, whichever is sooner.
If your roommate hasn't registered by May 15th, your $160 balance will be due.
If your roommate cancels at any point, you will be responsible for the $160 balance.
Registration Policy
Registration closes on May 1st or once the retreat is full.
To be considered an official registered guest, we must receive both your payment and completed digital registration paperwork.
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE BOTH YOUR 1) PAYMENT AND 2) REGISTRATION, WE CANNOT HOLD YOUR SPOT.
